Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange or refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in its original container, and there must be some product remaining. Please do not return empty containers. Please also provide your receipt or proof of purchase along with your returned item. 

To start a return, please contact us at lionsgatebotanics@gmail.com. Please send all returns to the following address: Lionsgate Botanics, 8380 W. Emile Zola Ave. #5088, Peoria, AZ 85381. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Some products, such as tallow products, may melt during the shipping process despite taking precautions to keep the product cool through use of an ice pack and thermal bag. If this occurs, your product can be re-solidified by placing in the refrigerator for a few hours. Our tallow creams retain their integrity, even after temperature changes!


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please do not return products that have been fully used. We will not accept empty containers for refunds.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
